Crimble! Hope everyone has had/is having a wonderful holiday season! I want to write more about Brian Marsella at some point... was introduced to him via his wonderful electric piano work in John Zorn's group Chaos Magick... his piano trio work is superlative, and I have just barely started to dig into Mediatas, the second album from his group iMAGiNARiUM... outside of the sphere of Zorn's compositions, his stylistic impulses are all over the place, ranging from Brazil to Broadway to Zappa... fun stuff!
