Amazing compositions from Anna Webber on Idiom... the trio disc features intriguing excursions with Matt Mitchell, while the large ensemble disc is striking in its originality and sheer verve... The AACM and the Blue Note label cast huge shadows over my listening these days... so, so much gorgeous music...
