The Great Paris Concert is the Duke Ellington band at its slickest and most polished... definitive versions of both "Suite Thursday" and "Harlem," and a killer version of "Theme From "Asphalt Jungle"... Sam Woodyard driving the band hard... Tapering off on the Miles Davis end, will get back to that in due course...
