Playlist, Week of 2019-03-17

The new Tom Rainey Trio release is perhaps their best yet... three of the greatest musicians on their respective instruments at the absolute top of their game, playing with passion, dexterity, and imagination... all three are marvelous, with Ingrid Laubrock standing out particularly for me with some outrageously fierce high-register super-intense playing... just brilliant...
