Free Jazz at Auxiliary, August 15, 2015

An update on the evening of free jazz and creative improvisation we had a couple of weeks ago: it was a wonderful event. Lots of folks turned out, and a good time was had by all.

First of all, some sound files! Here's New Ting Ting Loft's performance:

And at the end of the night, all the musicians participated in a group improvisation, conducted by Daniel Barbiero:

There were tons of photos taken, both by Barry Long and Gary Rouzer. Here are a few:

New Ting Ting Loft: Jimmy, Sam, Tim

New Ting Ting Loft: Tommy

New Ting Ting Loft: Tommy and Ben:

Vector Trio: Scott, Gary, and Marshall

Colla Parte (I was privileged to be asked to sit in!): Perry

Colla Parte: Perry, Dan, Sam, Rich

At some point there may be video! Stay tuned....
